Ivywell Road

CGA worked with the client to create a single storey rear extension to improve how the spaces flowed on the ground floor. The main aim was to relocate the kitchen, which was set at a lower level to the rest of the house, to the living area with views both to the front and the new extension and garden to the rear.

The property was located within the Downs Conservation area.

CGA gained planning permission and submitted drawings to building control. CGA also provided support during the construction phase.
