CGA worked for North Somerset Council to design a resource base as part of their programme to deliver SEND facilities. This 5 classroom standalone building was constructed for opening in September 2026. It was built using modular construction to speed up the construction process. It provides teaching spaces, small group rooms, offices and a sensory room.
