Cider Mill

CGA helped the owners of the Cider Mill gain planning permission for a rear extension. The property itself was not listed but sat adjacent to sites of listed buildings so the heritage context had to be considered. In addition to the rear extension, there were several internal alterations proposed along with new windows and doors.

CGA also prepared drawings for submission to building control and acted as Contract Administrator for the works.
